Job Description

We are seeking a Sales and Support Specialist to join our team at Capitol Coffee. In this role, you will be responsible for representing our company on-site at customer locations. Your primary duties will include merchandising product, managing product inventory, maintaining equipment, and managing customer relationships.

Daily Responsibilities:

  • Merchandise product to ensure optimal visibility and sales
  • Manage product inventory through our internal system
  • Maintain equipment to ensure efficient operation
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and decision-makers
  • Stock and maintain breakrooms at various customer locations, including coffee equipment, water coolers, and reach-in coolers

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Able to stand for up to 4 hours at a time
  • Able to lift up to 50 pounds individually
  • Able to lift up to 5 pounds regularly throughout the day
  • Comfortable with repetitive movements and tasks
  • Clean driving record and valid driver's license required
