The Role Overview:
Client Engagement Manager, Forage
We are seeking a Client Engagement Manager (or Senior Client Engagement Manager) to join our Program Production Team. This role involves close collaboration with clients as their primary contact during the onboarding phase and overseeing the development of our virtual job simulations.
The Forage Program Production Team partners with corporate employers to design, create, and implement tailored online job simulations.
Our programs are crafted to replicate the actual tasks that early-career candidates will encounter in specific roles at specific companies, providing immersive experiences that equip candidates with essential skills for the workforce.
Our corporate partners include global Fortune 1000 companies that are actively recruiting large numbers of early talent candidates, such as KPMG, BCG, Walmart, Electronic Arts, Lululemon, and many others.
As the initial point of contact for our corporate partners, the Client Engagement Manager plays a vital role in delivering a top-tier onboarding experience and fostering trusted relationships that lead to impactful client engagements.
This position may be based remotely within the continental United States.
The current opportunity is available at either the Program Manager or Senior Program Manager levels; all candidates will be considered across both levels.
Key Responsibilities:
Overseeing the onboarding phase of the customer lifecycle, typically lasting 3-4 months, as the primary customer liaison.
This includes:
Conducting kick-off and alignment meetings with key customer stakeholders.
Identifying and clarifying essential customer objectives in developing job simulations, ensuring alignment with Forage student goals.
Maintaining prompt and professional communication with customers, including timely responses to corporate partners and coordination with internal stakeholders and our network of freelancers.
Collaborating with customers to ensure their brand and objectives are accurately represented in job simulations.
Consistently documenting progress and actions taken.
Maintaining clear and regular communication with other Forage and EAB team members.
Representing the Forage and EAB brands with confidence and professionalism.
Managing the project timeline for each program as it progresses through production steps to meet agreed-upon simulation launch dates.
This includes but is not limited to:
Reliably meeting deadlines and delivering results according to established timelines.
Facilitating client meetings effectively and on schedule.
Setting mutual goals and plans that cater to the needs of client recruiters, students, and production.
Utilizing AI tools to generate relevant content.
Writing and editing learning content produced by AI for each simulation, collaborating with subject matter experts as necessary.
Regularly following up with clients to gather pertinent information from our corporate partners efficiently.
Initiating and taking ownership of experiments aimed at enhancing the production process in line with functional goals related to speed, scalability, and program quality.
Basic Qualifications:
A bachelor's degree (or equivalent professional experience) and 2-4+ years of professional experience.
2+ years of client-facing experience.
Outstanding client management skills—ability to take ownership of client relationships and deliver an excellent experience while managing expectations appropriately.
Exceptional attention to detail and diligence in all tasks undertaken.
Proven experience managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment without compromising quality.
A relentless focus on delivering results, with demonstrated experience managing complex projects through to completion.
Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—and the ability to present and facilitate production meetings with groups of internal and external stakeholders.
Strong organizational skills—time management and the ability to multitask while consistently delivering results within deadlines.
A willingness to embrace new responsibilities and develop new skill sets both personally and across the function.
A collaborative team player who finds fulfillment in both executing day-to-day tasks and developing strategic ideas to advance the function and company.
Proficiency in computer skills (e.g., Microsoft Office, Notion, ChatGPT) and a willingness to learn new tools.
Comfortable working in a globally dispersed, remote team.

Compensation:
The anticipated starting salary (base) range for this role is $50,000-$74,000 per year. Actual salary may vary based on factors including relevant experience, skills, and location.
At EAB, it is uncommon for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the starting salary range for their role.
This position will also be eligible for discretionary bonus or incentive compensation. Variable compensation may depend on various factors, such as individual and organizational performance.Benefits:
