Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement infection control policies and procedures to prevent the spread of infections.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement strategies to prevent and control infections.
  • Provide education and training to staff on infection control best practices.
  • Monitor and report on infection rates and trends.
Requirements
  • Nursing degree from an accredited college or university.
  • Certification in Infection Control and Epidemiology (CIC preferred).
  • Experience in Assisted Living, Healthcare.
