EMCOR Services Scalise Industries is seeking a skilled Preventive Maintenance / HVAC Sales Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in Western Pennsylvania.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive revenue growth in assigned markets and territories.
  • Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers to discuss the benefits of preventive maintenance and HVAC sales.
  • Prepare and present proposals, reports, and other documentation to support sales efforts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
  • Travel throughout Western Pennsylvania to meet with customers and prospects.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college education preferred.
  • Experience in sales, particularly in the mechanical industry, is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
