Clinica Family Health is a leading healthcare provider dedicated to improving the health and well-being of our community.

We are seeking a skilled Enrollment Specialist to join our team and play a vital role in ensuring that underserved communities have access to affordable healthcare services.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Spanish, and be able to effectively communicate with patients in a clear and concise manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough financial screenings to determine patients' eligibility for various health coverage programs
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Clinica's programs, including Medicaid, Medicare, CHP+, and third-party payers
  • Communicate complex health coverage options to patients in a clear and concise manner
  • Actively problem-solve to successfully enroll patients in the most suitable health coverage plans
  • Demonstrate proficiency in using MS Word, Outlook, and the internet for research purposes

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED required; prior experience working in community health settings or with underserved populations preferred but not necessary
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish essential
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to maintain a safe environment in a team-based setting

Benefits:

A competitive salary range of $18.59 - $20.92 per hour, based on individual experience and internal equity, plus a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, FSAs/HSAs, accident/hospital insurance, and a retirement plan.
