Job Summary

As a Sales Service Representative at Core-Mark, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our strategic sales initiatives in your assigned sales region. Your responsibilities will encompass tasks focused on executing our SmartStock program, ensuring compliance with company policies, and providing merchandising and sales support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Merchandising and Sales Execution: Maintain a detailed and specific call routine with a designated ledger of customers, execute the SmartStock program, and ensure products are fresh and within date code parameters.
  • Customer Service and Support: Attend to customer needs and concerns promptly, ensure plan-o-gram, marketing best practices, and compliance in stores, and identify display opportunities and maximize display positioning.
  • Problem-Solving and Collaboration: Find solutions to possible customer challenges with assistance, perform other tasks and duties as assigned, and work closely with the Sales Team in your assigned sales region.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: High School Diploma or General Educational Development (GED) certificate, 1-2 years of working experience in a customer service, merchandising or sales position.
  • Skills and Abilities: Ability to drive to customer locations using personal transportation, valid drivers license, clean driving record, reliable vehicle, and proper valid insurance.
