Patient Care Specialist

We are looking for an experienced Advanced Patient Care Technician to join our team at Johnston-Willis Hospital. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our patients, working closely with our nursing team to deliver high-quality care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct patient assessments and document findings.
- Implement individualized care plans, collaborating with the nursing team.
- Provide basic patient care services, including hygiene, grooming, and mobility assistance.
- Collect and process laboratory specimens.
- Support patients with activities of daily living, including feeding, toileting, and ambulation.
