We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse to join Heartland of Perrysburg as a Regional Support RN.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care services and supportive care to patients and their families.
- Manage an interdisciplinary group to enhance the quality of hospice care.
- Case manage all assigned patient clinical records.
Requirements:
- Current RN license in the state of employment.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in oncology, long-term care, or hospice/home health.
- Compassionate, kind, and empathetic to patients and their families.
