Job OverviewThis Full-Time Registered Nurse - Regional Support position requires experience in hospice case management. You will be responsible for providing direct patient care services, managing an interdisciplinary group, and case managing patient clinical records.
As a Regional Travel RN, you will function on temporary assignments in various branches, typically lasting 13-26 weeks. You will report to the AVP of Operations and work in offices across PA South/Eastern Territory.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care services to hospice patients and supportive care to the patient's family.
- Manage an interdisciplinary group consisting of Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurses, Certified Nursing Assistants, and support staff to enhance the quality of hospice care.
- Case manages all assigned patient clinical records.
To succeed in this role, you must possess:
- A current license to practice nursing in the state of requested employment.
- A minimum of one year of experience in oncology, long-term care, or hospice or home health.
- Compassionate, kind, and empathetic qualities to care for your patients and their families.
