Job SummaryWe are seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team as a Hospice Aide. This is a rewarding career opportunity for individuals who are passionate about providing exceptional care and support to patients in need.
Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Hospice Aide with Serenity Hospice Care Pennsylvania, you will be responsible for:
- Providing personalized care and support to patients in their homes or other care settings
- Assisting with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Monitoring patient conditions and reporting changes to the healthcare team
- Documenting patient information and progress in accordance with regulatory requirements
To be successful as a Hospice Aide at Serenity Hospice Care Pennsylvania, you will need:
- A current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
- Previous experience in home health or hospice care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
