Job Summary

We are seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team as a Hospice Aide. This is a rewarding career opportunity for individuals who are passionate about providing exceptional care and support to patients in need.

Key Responsibilities

As a Hospice Aide with Serenity Hospice Care Pennsylvania, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing personalized care and support to patients in their homes or other care settings
  • Assisting with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Monitoring patient conditions and reporting changes to the healthcare team
  • Documenting patient information and progress in accordance with regulatory requirements
Requirements

To be successful as a Hospice Aide at Serenity Hospice Care Pennsylvania, you will need:

  • A current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
  • Previous experience in home health or hospice care
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
