**Job Summary:**

Hawaiian Telcom is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Marketing Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with MDU residential rental portfolio partners, negotiating bulk agreements and long-term marketing partnerships, and leading a team of sales and sales support professionals.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Negotiate and close large commercial agreements with MDU residential rental portfolio partners
  • Build and maintain long-lasting relationships within the rental property management industry
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Lead and manage a team of sales and sales support professionals

**Requirements:**

  • 5-7 years of experience in sales, sales management, or a related field
  • Proven track record of success in negotiating and closing large commercial agreements
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
