Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement a territory plan to meet or exceed sales targets
- Provide sales, service, and technical support associated with rotating equipment at industrial and utility customer sites
- Diagnose technical issues and develop solutions to meet customer needs
- Act as a liaison between customers and suppliers
- Prepare and enter orders, and deliver product to customers as needed
- Prospect for business through in-person, phone, and email prospecting, as well as through existing relationships
- 5+ years of experience selling industrial equipment as a distributor rep
- Expertise in selling reliability products, including fluid sealing and rotating equipment, to the industrial and utility sectors
- Demonstrated track record of exceeding $700K in annual sales
- Experience selling directly to end-user factories, distribution centers, and industrial facilities
- BS or BA preferred but not required
- Base salary ($60-$120k DOE), commission plan, and bonuses
- Full benefits, including health, dental, vision, life insurance, and long and short-term disability insurance
- 401(k) + match

- Monthly meals and entertainment budget
