At Better Talent Advisors, we are seeking an experienced Field Sales Representative to join our team in the Central Alabama territory. As a Field Sales Representative, you will be responsible for meeting or exceeding sales targets while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a territory plan to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Provide sales, service, and technical support associated with rotating equipment at industrial and utility customer sites
  • Diagnose technical issues and develop solutions to meet customer needs
  • Act as a liaison between customers and suppliers
  • Prepare and enter orders, and deliver product to customers as needed
  • Prospect for business through in-person, phone, and email prospecting, as well as through existing relationships
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience selling industrial equipment as a distributor rep
  • Expertise in selling reliability products, including fluid sealing and rotating equipment, to the industrial and utility sectors
  • Demonstrated track record of exceeding $700K in annual sales
  • Experience selling directly to end-user factories, distribution centers, and industrial facilities
  • BS or BA preferred but not required
