We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Chief Executive Officer (CEO). As the CEO, you will be responsible for leading our organization and ensuring that we maintain the highest standards of quality and excellence.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Strategic Planning: Develop and implement administrative and organizational plans to achieve hospital goals and objectives.
- Financial Management: Develop and manage the hospital's annual budget and financial plans, ensuring fiscal responsibility and sustainability.
- Operational Oversight: Oversee the conduct of the Chief Financial Officer's office and related financial operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Quality and Compliance: Ensure compliance with accreditation standards and regulatory requirements, maintaining the highest standards of quality and patient safety.
- Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with the governing board, medical staff, and hospital personnel to maintain quality standards and ensure effective communication.
- Performance Monitoring: Participate in monthly operating review meetings and engage with Ovation Healthcare for consultative services, ensuring continuous improvement and excellence.
- Leadership and Management Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with the ability to lead and manage a team of professionals.
- Education and Experience: BS/BA preferred in a related field or relevant experience required, with a strong understanding of hospital administration and the healthcare industry.
- Business Acumen: In-depth knowledge of hospital administration, finance, and operations, with the ability to make informed decisions and drive business growth.
- Collaboration and Teamwork: Refined managerial skills and ability to collaborate with colleagues, stakeholders, and external partners.
Conditions typically associated with an office environment, with the ability to perform tasks involving physical activity that may include lifting up to 50 pounds.
Travel Requirements:Minimal travel required, with the ability to relocate and live within Cibola County, NM.
