Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Office and Community Specialist to join our team at THOR Companies. This role will be responsible for managing our office space, ensuring a high-performing work culture, and driving business operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the overall workspace impression and experience for our workforce, including onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Coordinate collaboration between departments, platforms, and calendars to ensure efficient operations.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve business operations.
  • Manage annual budgets and report on expenses to senior leadership.
  • Oversee facilities management, including inventory, utilities, and equipment maintenance.
  • Plan and execute events, including company holidays, sales days, and achievers' celebrations.
  • Lead projects to enhance office aesthetics and communication channels.
  • Support other departments in the usage and development of our intranet, the Hub.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Canva.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
