This role is eligible for hybrid telework and potentially full-time remote work under specific circumstances, subject to HCD's discretion. Candidates for telework must reside in California, with the headquarters location determined by the selected candidate's primary residence, pending HCD criteria approval.
Reporting to the Enterprise Application Services (EAS) Section Chief, Information Technology Manager I (ITM I), the Information Technology Supervisor II (IT Sup II) is tasked with planning, organizing, and overseeing IT professionals who support various business functions and technologies within the Software and System Engineering domains. This position encompasses managing IT operations such as Application Support & Enhancements within EAS, which includes system analysis, design, administration, integrations, testing, maintenance, and operations. The IT Sup II establishes standards, processes, and procedures for software analysis, design, implementation, maintenance, and operations, providing support across a variety of software technologies. This role serves as the primary supervisor for staff managing daily IT operations at HCD.
