Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Bilingual Phlebotomist in Training. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for performing phlebotomy procedures, taking and recording donor measurements, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform venipuncture and programming of plasmapheresis machines
  • Monitor donors during the donation process and manage donor reactions
  • Take and record donor pulse, blood pressure, and temperature measures
  • Enter donor information into the Donor Information System (DIS)
  • Coordinate donors to the donor floor and compensate donors using the Debit Card system
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
  • Ability to read and follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
