Job Description

We're on the hunt for a dynamic individual to join our team as a Carhop/Skating Carhop. As a key member of our drive-in restaurant crew, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while serving up our signature menu items with a smile.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all menu items meet operational standards
  • Greet guests with a friendly and welcoming demeanor
  • Make accurate change quickly and efficiently
  • Carry and balance trays weighing up to 25 pounds
  • Serve guests in a timely manner
  • Clear trays from guests' cars

Skating Carhop Requirements:

  • Successfully complete the SONIC Skating Training Program
  • Roller skate proficiently and frequently on various surfaces
  • Ability to continuously stand, balance, and carry a tray while sweeping

Requirements:

  • Ability to work irregular hours, nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Flexibility in all situations based on business need
  • Effective communication skills; basic math and reading skills
  • Willingness to abide by appearance, uniform, and hygiene standards
