Are you a charismatic sales professional looking for a new challenge? Do you have a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences? Exploria Resorts is seeking a skilled Front-Line Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team in Daytona Beach.
About the RoleAs a Front-Line Sales Representative, you will be responsible for conducting face-to-face presentations in our sales center, building rapport with prospective owners, and communicating the benefits of traveling with Exploria Resorts. You will generate sales through initializing transactions and utilizing proper closing techniques, with ongoing training provided.
Key Responsibilities- Offer and sell the Exploria Resort experience to our guests.
- Update and provide various sales options to Club Exploria Resort members.
- Show the advantage of becoming a Club Exploria Owner.
- Build rapport and trust with guests.
- Discover and uncover the needs and interests of our guests.
- Overcome guest objections and meet sales standards.
- Follow Exploria Resorts' front-line sales process to execute a sales presentation.
- Display professionalism and a positive attitude.
- A Real Estate license is required.
- Polished and professional appearance.
- Face-to-face timeshare sales experience is preferred.
- Bilingual is highly preferred.
- Ability to handle unique and challenging situations.
- Must be able to convey information and ideas clearly, both orally and in writing.
- Must be able to evaluate and select among alternative courses of action quickly and accurately.
- Must be effective at listening to, understanding, and clarifying concerns and issues raised by team members and guests.
