Communications Therapist for Individuals with Developmental Disabilities

Liberty Behavioral & Community Services, Inc., a leading provider of services for individuals with autism and developmental disabilities, is dedicated to fostering independence, inclusion, and personal growth. We are seeking an experienced Speech Pathologist to join our team.
The role requires assessing, diagnosing, and treating speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in individuals with developmental disabilities. You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to support the communication needs of our participants.
As a key member of our clinical team, you will conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment results and participant needs. You will provide direct therapy services, monitor progress, and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
To be successful in this role, you should have a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution and a valid state license or certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist. A Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) is preferred.
You should have at least 3 years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and strong understanding of speech and language development and disorders. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills are essential for success in this role.
