Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our dynamic healthcare team in East Houston.

Compensation Package

The successful candidate will be offered a competitive salary within the range of $45.00 - $51.00 per hour, depending on experience.

Job Description

This full-time position offers the opportunity to provide exceptional patient care in a supportive environment. The ideal candidate will bring a minimum of 1 year of experience in the Emergency Room and be flexible to cross-train in various departments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the Emergency Room and other departments as required.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Perform assessments, develop care plans, and implement interventions based on best practices.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care and progress.
  • Participate in cross-training and be adaptable to different nursing roles within the facility.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, candidates must have:

  • A current RN state license.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in an Emergency Room setting.
  • Strong clinical and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
