Job Summary

The Clinical Specialist will be responsible for providing expert clinical support to our medical staff, assisting with patient examinations, procedures, and diagnostic studies. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with patient examinations, procedures, and diagnostic studies under the supervision of a physician or registered nurse.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Perform administrative tasks, including data entry, scheduling, and documentation.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of best practices.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience as a medical assistant in a complex, chronic disease management setting.
  • Active certification as a Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) or National Certified Medical Assistant (CMA).
  • Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
