Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Risk Manager to join our Financial Lines / Private Not for Profit Team in the Dallas branch office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and negotiate price, coverage, and terms and conditions for all new business and renewals.
  • Identify cross sell opportunities within commercial products and services on personal book of business.
  • Collaborate with underwriters, operations, claims, marketing and home office product management.
  • Collect and share industry intelligence with team, including industry trending and development.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience Underwriting Financial Lines (3+ years).
  • Demonstrated technical expertise in Financial Lines/Management Liability insurance products.
  • Ability to be creative and adaptable in a changing business environment.
