Position Overview

As a key member of our Standards division, you will ensure the delivery of exceptional customer service through efficient and precise order processing, effective communication, and collaboration with various departments to address inquiries. You will serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding general inquiries such as pricing, product details, and scheduling. Your role will involve fostering and maintaining strong business relationships with clients by providing timely and accurate service, thereby enhancing customer loyalty.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries

• Accurately enter customer orders into the system

• Provide detailed information about products and services

• Promote additional products and services

• Assist the shipping team with order picking and verification

• Uphold LGC's core values in daily operations

• Undertake additional tasks as required

Qualifications

Education, Experience, and Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Associate or Bachelor of Science degree preferred

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Basic mathematical abilities

• Proficient in computer applications, particularly MS Office

• Familiarity with environmental laboratory methods is advantageous

• Excellent time management capabilities

• Strong verbal communication skills and meticulous attention to detail
