Job Summary

Enterprise Holdings is seeking a skilled and customer-focused Seasonal Part-Time Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, ensuring a seamless and efficient rental experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide superior customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Rental Process: Facilitate the rental process, verifying and documenting all necessary driver information to ensure a smooth and efficient rental experience.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of rental inventory, ensuring that all vehicles are properly stocked and available for customer use.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management, providing clear and concise information to ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with other team members to achieve common goals and objectives, ensuring that all customers receive exceptional service.
Requirements
  • Age: Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Authorization: Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position.
  • Driver's License: Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record in the past 3 years.
  • Experience: Must have a minimum of 2 years of customer service or sales experience.
  • Schedule: Must be willing to work a flexible part-time schedule of up to 40 hours/week.
