Job Opportunity

Adecco is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Outbound Sales Representative to join our team in Tampa, FL. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for using cutting-edge technology to connect with existing customers, share updates, and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize predictive dialer technology to reach out to customers and meet sales targets.
  • Meet and exceed key performance metrics, including talk time, sales conversion, and average order value.
  • Update customer accounts and order information with precision.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest products, services, and industry trends.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of proven sales experience.
  • Proven success in meeting monthly quotas and making 250+ calls per day.
  • Preferred: Outbound or transactional call center sales experience, with a bonus for experience using predictive dialers.
  • Skills: Comfortable communicating with business owners, skilled at overcoming rejections, and driven by sales performance.
  • Attitude: Professional, self-starter with a knack for handling feedback, multitasking, and working with multiple systems.
