About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Culinary Development Director to join our team at Aramark. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for enhancing our food program across the portfolio by creating innovative solutions to meet guest and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a dynamic team across the country to deliver best-in-class hospitality and cuisine to our guests.
  • Develop and implement culinary standards and techniques to ensure unique and diverse local partnerships.
  • Manage both culinary and operational teams to ensure quality and safety throughout the portfolio.
  • Meet with client and site leadership as a liaison regarding all things related to culinary development.
  • Coach employees to create a shared understanding of what needs to be achieved and how it is to be achieved.
  • Plan and execute team meetings to drive productivity and innovation.
  • Develop and maintain effective client and customer rapport for mutually beneficial business relationships.
  • Aggregate and communicate operational and site needs to drive financial performance.
Requirements
  • At least 10 years of experience in the culinary industry, with 3-5 years in a management role.
  • Multi-unit culinary background preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
