Job Overview

Nathan Gibbs & Associates is seeking a highly motivated and confident individual to join our team as an Insurance Sales Representative. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and marketing a wide range of insurance products and services.


Key Responsibilities
  • Meet sales production goals and objectives as established by the company.
  • Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Build relationships with real estate agents, mortgage lenders, title companies, and other industry professionals to grow sales revenue.
  • Utilize strong communication and negotiation skills to effectively sell insurance products and services.

Requirements
  • Proficiency in multitasking, follow-through, and follow-up to ensure excellent customer service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients and industry partners.
  • Ability to handle customer rejection and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced sales environment.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills to effectively sell insurance products and services.
  • Property and Casualty insurance license is required.
