Position Title: Residency Program Coordinator

Job Overview:
This role is integral to the management of the Radiology Residency and Fellowship Programs, which accommodates a diverse group of residents and fellows. The coordinator will oversee various administrative functions to ensure the smooth operation of the program.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruitment: Manage the recruitment process for residents and fellows, including handling inquiries, processing applications, and organizing interviews.
  • Program Data Management: Maintain accurate records and generate reports related to resident progress and program compliance.
  • Evaluation Coordination: Facilitate the evaluation process for residents and faculty, ensuring feedback is collected and reviewed.
  • Support Activities: Organize conferences, journal clubs, and other educational events to enhance the learning experience of residents.
  • Administrative Assistance: Provide comprehensive support to Program Directors and assist with various program-related tasks.

Qualifications:

Applicants should possess a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in an educational or administrative capacity, with a strong background in program management. Candidates must demonstrate excellent communication skills, proficiency in office software, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
