About the Position

We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced individual to join our team as an Instructor of Radiology and Imaging at Augusta University. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching and mentoring students in the field of diagnostic radiology, as well as contributing to the development of curriculum and educational programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Teach and mentor students in diagnostic radiology, including classroom instruction and clinical training
  • Develop and implement curriculum and educational programs in diagnostic radiology
  • Contribute to the development of educational materials and resources
  • Collaborate with faculty and staff to ensure high-quality educational programs
  • Participate in departmental and institutional committees and initiatives
Requirements
  • MD degree
  • Completed Diagnostic Radiology Residency
  • ABR board certification/eligibility
  • Experience in teaching and mentoring students in diagnostic radiology
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Working Conditions

This is a full-time position with a fiscal year-based salary and comprehensive benefits package. The successful candidate will be required to work year-round and will be expected to contribute to the development of educational programs and initiatives.
