Overview:

At SPAR, we are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for managing high call volumes, processing transactions, resolving customer issues, and maintaining detailed order notes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Manage high call volumes and prioritize tasks to meet productivity standards
  • Process credit card transactions and maintain accurate records
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints in a fair and respectful manner
  • Complete call logs and reports to ensure accurate tracking of customer interactions

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and provide excellent customer service
