We are seeking an experienced construction specialist to join our team. As a key member of our disaster recovery team, you will play a vital role in restoring properties to their pre-disaster condition. Your expertise in carpentry and tool usage will be essential in ensuring that our clients receive the best possible service.



The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in carpentry and tool usage, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment. As a construction specialist, you will be responsible for providing operational support in reconstruction efforts, working closely with our team of experts to ensure that our clients receive the best possible service.



Responsibilities:



1. Provide operational support in reconstruction efforts, working closely with our team of experts to ensure that our clients receive the best possible service.



2. Conduct site assessments to identify areas of damage and develop comprehensive reconstruction plans.



3. Lead small crews of unskilled laborers on residential projects, providing guidance and support as needed.



4. Maintain equipment used in daily tasks, ensuring that it is in good working condition.



5. Develop full material knowledge as it relates to types, purposes, grades, and uses for trims, doors, cabinetry, and other materials.



6. Develop proficiency in installation of various forms of insulation, working closely with our team of experts to ensure that our clients receive the best possible service.



Requirements:



The ideal candidate will have:



1. A strong foundation in carpentry and tool usage.



2. A proven track record of delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.



3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues.



4. Physical stamina to work in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to lift heavy materials and equipment.
