Responsibilities:

  • Collect and return abandoned shopping carts.
  • Perform general repairs on equipment and property.
  • Troubleshoot problems and make recommendations for repairs or other solutions.
  • Maintain tools, equipment, and supplies in good condition.
  • Adhere to all safety regulations, policies, procedures, and procedures manual.
  • Conduct outbound calls to customers for debt recovery purposes.
  • Analyze customer accounts and payment history to determine appropriate recovery strategies.
  • Negotiate payment arrangements and settlements with customers.
  • Document all communication and actions taken in the recovery process.
  • Provide excellent customer service while adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Valid Driver's License with an acceptable driving record (must pass drug test).
  • Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and general equipment.
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
  • Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organization skills with a proven track record in keeping the store clean and presentable for every customer visit.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Must pass background check.
  • High school diploma or equivalent GED required.

Experience:

  • Previous experience in a similar role, such as collections or customer service, is preferred.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to analyze customer accounts and financial information.
  • Proficient in using computer systems and software for data entry and documentation.
  • Knowledge of debt recovery laws and regulations is a plus.
