Miner, LTD is a leading provider of service and equipment solutions in the dock and door industry. We are seeking an experienced Business Development Representative to join our team as an Industrial Sales Account Manager.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for selling loading dock equipment and services to manufacturing warehouses and distribution centers across North America. This role requires strong communication skills, ability to build relationships with operations managers, and a willingness to learn about technical products. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of direct business-to-business sales experience, preferably in the commercial, building, or industrial settings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sell loading dock equipment and services to new and existing customers
  • Build and maintain relationships with operations managers and other stakeholders
  • Conduct site surveys to identify customer needs and opportunities
  • Provide product training and support to customers
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions

We offer a competitive salary of $70,000 per year, plus commission, draw, and benefits package starting day one. Our company values autonomy, freedom to execute, and industry stability.
