Job Overview
Fab Glass and Mirror LLC is seeking an experienced Sales Representative to join our dynamic team dedicated to delivering top-quality glass and mirror products. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building strong, value-driven relationships with key customers and increasing sales volume, product mix, and profit margin in designated accounts.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field and at least 6 years of experience in B2B sales with the glass industry. You should be proficient in CRM systems and computer savvy, preferably with experience using HubSpot or similar software. Consistently exceeding sales KPIs and demonstrating success across all sales processes, from planning to closing, are essential qualities for this role.

Our compensation package includes a base salary of $50,000 guaranteed and the potential to earn $50,000+ in commissions from provided inbound leads, making it feasible to surpass $100,000 annually in total earnings. Benefits include 401(k) matching, health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, employee discount, and paid time off.
