About the Role

We are looking for a seasoned Revenue Growth Strategist to lead our account management team and drive revenue expansion. As a key contributor to our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to grow revenue and maximize customer retention.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute revenue growth strategies to drive expansion and retention of existing accounts.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing account management team to deliver outstanding results and achieve revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Negotiate balanced renewals and expansions that benefit both our business and our customers.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Vice President or Senior Director of Account Management, preferably in a SaaS environment.
  • Business acumen and ability to negotiate and influence for positive outcomes.
  • Ideal combination of post-sale and sales experience.
  • Strong empathy for customers and passion for revenue growth.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a track record of driving results.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and account management platforms.

What We Offer:

A competitive salary range of $150,000 - $250,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits including 100% paid health, dental, and vision insurance, traditional & Roth 401(k) plans with employer match, discretionary time off, flexible work arrangements, robust company holiday list, and winter closure.
