Job Overview

As a Front End Service Team Associate at Walmart, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers. This role requires a strong focus on compliance and customer satisfaction, with a emphasis on smiling, greeting, and thanking customers, processing returns and refunds, and handling financial transactions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Process returns and refunds, and handle financial transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a clean and organized store environment
  • Meet or exceed sales and customer service targets
