Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Generalist to join our team at Pretium Packaging. As an integral member of our HR department, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, fostering a positive workplace culture, and overseeing employee relations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Talent Acquisition: Manage the recruitment process from crafting job descriptions to onboarding exceptional talent who align with our company values.
  • Employee Relations: Serve as a trusted resource for employees, addressing their concerns and fostering a positive workplace culture through proactive engagement and support.
  • Performance Management: Collaborate with management to develop and implement performance review processes ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • HR Administration: Oversee employee records, HR reporting, and compliance activities utilizing UKG Pro to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Training & Development: Identify training needs and work with management to create engaging development programs that empower our workforce.
  • Policy Implementation: Assist in the development and communication of HR policies and procedures ensuring consistency and fairness across the organization.
What We're Looking For

We are looking for a candidate with at least 3 years of HR experience, hands-on expertise in UKG Pro, and a strong understanding of HR principles, employment law, and best practices. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, and the ability to maintain confidentiality and act with integrity.
