Job Responsibilities

BASIC RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Presentation Development: Prepare and deliver engaging presentations that meet compliance guidelines.
  • Lead Management: Manage a high volume of incoming leads from prospect to proposal to close.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the team to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to increase incoming business.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, and ABILITIES:

  • Leadership: Ability to lead by example and motivate others to achieve goals.
  • Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage workload effectively.
  • Communication: Ability to communicate effectively with all levels within an organization.

Estimated Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per year, based on industry standards and location. Benefits include a comprehensive education program, bonus incentives, and a supportive team culture.
