We are in search of a dedicated, customer-oriented Service Route Specialist to manage and expand a local service route. The Service Route Specialist will be responsible for daily interactions, delivering and collecting customer products along a designated route. This position is both physically engaging and dynamic, involving work both indoors and outdoors. Service routes are operated during daytime hours from Monday to Friday, as we prioritize personal and family time during evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities:

Deliver exceptional service and ensure customer satisfaction on your assigned route. Manage your route, providing service to multiple clients daily, from small businesses to large corporate entities. Utilize customer service and sales expertise to naturally grow your route and increase your earning potential. Develop and maintain effective working relationships with existing clients. Identify opportunities to upsell and expand the current customer base, leading to higher commissions. Introduce new product offerings to your clientele. Qualifications:

Required Skills:

Must be at least 21 years old. Possess a valid non-commercial driver's license in your state of residence and have reliable transportation. Must meet pre-employment DOT physical standards. Physically capable of lifting up to 50 pounds. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Basic computer skills are necessary. Previous experience in customer service, route sales, or delivery is preferred.
