Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Optical Sales Professional to join our team at EssilorLuxottica. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth in our optical retail stores.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales and Customer Service: Consistently meet or exceed sales targets by cultivating existing customer relationships and building new ones.
  • Product Knowledge: Utilize optical prescriptions to recommend specific lenses and lens coatings, and assist customers in selecting frames and coordinating frames with optical measurements.
  • Store Environment: Participate in maintaining a positive and professional store environment, fostering strong relationships with peers, management, doctors, and support staff.
  • Appearance and Organization: Take pride in the appearance of the store and demonstrate initiative to keep displays and inventory clean, attractive, and organized.
  • Customer Experience: Treat customers and colleagues with respect and foster an inclusive culture.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1+ years in retail or customer service.
  • Skills: Familiarity with point of sale systems, computers, and calculators, with basic phone and math skills.
  • Personal Qualities: Ability to sell through the use of sales skills and accountability for sales results, with a desire to meet goals.
  • Communication: Strong communication skills (both oral and written).
  • Self-Motivation: Self-motivator with a demonstrated ability to multi-task and respond flexibly in a quickly changing environment.
