About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Cashier/Sales Floor Associate to join our team at the Cleveland Outlet Store. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling transactions, and promoting agency programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service to all Goodwill patrons, vendors, and associates
  • Handle transactions, including cash, credit, and debit sales
  • Assist with stock rotation, maintenance, and merchandising
  • Promote agency programs and services to customers
  • Work collaboratively with the sales floor team to achieve sales goals and maintain a clean and organized store environment
