Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Identity and Access Management Solutions Architect to join our team at Trinity Health. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and integrating new or improved product capabilities in collaboration with Product Line organizations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Architect and build innovative IAM solutions.
  • Design and implement solutions to optimize performance, scalability, and security of IAM systems.
  • Develop technical documentation related to IAM optimization initiatives.
  • Provide escalation support for complex IAM issues.
  • Design and implementation of a robust and scalable IAM architecture.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate IAM solutions with existing systems and applications.
  • Implement and configure IAM solutions, including identity provisioning, authentication, authorization, and access governance.
  • Utilize scripting and automation to as part design and build.
  • Ensure that IAM solutions adhere to industry best practices and regulatory compliance requirements.
  • Stay abreast of emerging IAM technologies and trends.
  • Research and evaluate new IAM tools and solutions to improve efficiency and security.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of IAM concepts, principles, and best practices.
  • Extensive experience with IAM solutions, including identity repositories, authentication systems, and access management tools.
  • Preference skills: Cloud-based IAM solutions, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure Active Directory), SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (formerly IdentityNow), Microsoft Active Directory, Certificate Services (PKI), CyberArk or other PAM solutions, PowerShell, Python.
