We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Estimator Project Manager to join our team at Lubin Talent Solutions in the Concrete Restoration department.


Key Responsibilities:
Our ideal candidate will be responsible for estimating and managing commercial construction projects from start to finish, ensuring timely and budget-friendly completion. This includes reviewing project plans, specifications, and other documents to develop accurate cost estimates, analyzing and interpreting project blueprints, drawings, and specifications to accurately estimate material, labor, and equipment costs, and preparing take-offs, the scope of work, and bid packages for commercial construction projects.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field, and 3-5 years of experience as a commercial construction estimator with knowledge of project management principles. You should also have a strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and costs, as well as the ability to read and interpret construction plans, blueprints, and specifications. Additionally, you will need to be able to budget, schedule, negotiate, and control costs, and have a high degree of familiarity with contract and subcontract documents, terms, and conditions. Excellent communication and negotiation skills are also essential, as well as the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Experience with Specialty Contractors or a 'Self-Performing' contractor is a plus, and strong leadership and management skills are required.

Travel:
Travel to and from job sites is required for this role.
