About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Concord Hospitality. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading our kitchen operations and ensuring that our guests receive exceptional dining experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement menus that showcase our culinary expertise and meet the evolving tastes of our guests.
  • Lead a team of cooks and kitchen staff to ensure seamless food preparation and service.
  • Manage kitchen operations, including food purchasing, inventory control, and food safety protocols.
  • Collaborate with our food and beverage team to develop and implement new menu concepts and promotions.
  • Monitor and control kitchen expenses to ensure profitability and efficiency.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our kitchen staff.
  • Ensure that our kitchen meets the highest standards of quality, safety, and hygiene.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in culinary arts or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in a senior culinary role, preferably in a hotel or resort setting.
  • Proven track record of success in menu development, kitchen operations, and team leadership.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
