Position Overview

AVantGarde Law LLC is on the lookout for a motivated and professional Legal Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess a strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development of business initiatives for the firm.
  • Draft and support the creation of various legal documents (training provided).
  • Prepare both electronic and printed materials and exhibits (training provided).
  • Manage incoming calls and inquiries.
  • Maintain and organize attorneys' schedules and case management systems.
  • Conduct intake processes for new clients and cases, including information gathering and file organization.
  • Facilitate meetings with clients and other stakeholders.
  • Perform other standard duties associated with this role.

Qualifications:

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Typing speed of at least 50 words per minute.
  • Highly detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Energetic and approachable demeanor.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a professional phone presence.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with technology.
  • Willingness to learn new software applications.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
  • Ability to perform well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Work Schedule:

30 to 40 hours per week, with a preference for full-time availability.

Compensation:

Hourly rate ranging from $13.00 to $20.00, depending on experience.
