Sodexo is on the lookout for an Office Coordinator 2 to join our team. This role is vital in supporting various departments, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication.
The selected candidate will collaborate with the Environmental Services, Linen, and Food & Nutrition teams to assist approximately 110+ staff members. Responsibilities include managing supply orders, uniform requests, compiling data for reports and meetings, and participating in the onboarding process for new hires.
The ideal candidate will:
possess proficiency in SharePoint, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint;
exhibit meticulous attention to detail;
function effectively as part of a team while also being capable of independent work; and/or
show initiative in problem-solving, addressing challenges, and demonstrating a desire for personal and professional growth in this position.
