Position Overview:

The E-Commerce Support Specialist plays a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to customers utilizing our online order processing system.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide assistance to customers regarding their inquiries about order status, product returns, and general information related to the E-commerce Program.
  2. Process manual and electronic orders efficiently using the designated platforms.
  3. Communicate effectively with associated agencies and vendors to ensure timely order fulfillment and tracking.
  4. Handle customer complaints by conducting thorough research and ensuring prompt follow-up.
  5. Assist customers with website navigation, registration, and order processing.
  6. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Qualifications:

A high school diploma is required, with a preference for candidates holding an associate degree from an accredited institution. Relevant experience in customer service, particularly in an E-commerce or retail setting, is essential.

Skills and Knowledge:

Applicants should possess a solid understanding of customer service principles, including needs assessment and satisfaction evaluation. Strong organizational and communication skills are vital. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook, is required. Familiarity with accounting software and Oracle systems is advantageous.
