Position Overview

Watco Transloading is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role involves engaging with customers and their representatives to facilitate communication and provide information regarding our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with clients to ensure their satisfaction.
  • Manage incoming orders effectively to meet customer expectations.

  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
