Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Resident Care Manager - RN to join our team at Avamere Rehabilitation of Lebanon. As a key member of our clinical team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care to our residents and ensuring the highest level of quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident
  • Supervise and mentor nursing staff to ensure they are providing the best possible care
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care transitions and effective communication
  • Conduct regular rounds to ensure the nursing staff is performing their work assignments
  • Participate in facility surveys and maintain confidentiality of all resident care information
Requirements
  • Nursing degree from an accredited college or university
  • Current, unencumbered, active license to practice as an RN in this state
  • 1+ years of experience as a supervisor in a healthcare setting
  • Training in rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices
  • Knowledge of nursing and medical practices and procedures, as well as laws, regulations, and guidelines that pertain to nursing care communities
