Nurse Resident

Join our comprehensive Nurse Residency Program, designed for recent RN graduates and nurses with less than one year of experience. This paid program provides a combination of classes, lab experiences, precepted unit-based orientation, and training in our Simulation Center to strengthen your assessment, critical thinking, and clinical skills.

Responsibilities and Qualifications:
As a Nurse Resident, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and working collaboratively with our team. To be eligible, you must be a graduate of an accredited Nursing Program and hold a current Registered Nurse license in New Hampshire. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is also required.
